Automa 2000: Welding Automation

Automa 2000 specialises in engineering and manufacturing a comprehensive range of welding positioners in two lines: standard and special.

Standard line: the best solution for circumferential or linear welding with maximum acceptable load between 30 and 400000 Kg and size up to 6000 mm diameter or 6000 mm length. All models are made with special care to guarantee reliability and easy operation; on request, each model can be made suitable to meet standards other than the European ones. The range includes:

• SPS turntable positioners (light series) with maximum load capacity from 30 to 360 Kg.
• SP turntable positioners (heavy series) with maximum load capacity from 500 to 8000 Kg.
• SBR seamwelding positioners for a maximum welding length of 3000 mm and 1000 mm diameter.
• SR roller positioners; maximum load capacity from 1200 to 400000 Kg.
• SMB column and boom positioners. Max height 6000 mm; max outreach 6000 mm.
• SCAR modular longitudinal positioners.
• STL welding lathe positioners for 900 mm max diameter and 4000 mm max length.
• SPC tilting frame positioners; 400 Kg max acceptable load.
